Will I be tied into a contract?
No, we are flexible to your needs and you can cancel your appointment free of charge if you give us 24 hour notice
How do I cancel?
If you would like to cancel an appointment please call Charlotte on 07454 748 677 at the earliest opportunity
Will I be charged a cancellation fee?
All cancellations where 24 hours notice has been given will be free of charge.
Cancellations after this time will be charged a £25 cancellation fee.
Can I change my booking?
Yes, as long as the new time is available.
What if I am unhappy with the service?
If you are unhappy we are truly sorry and would ask that you get in touch.
Any communication received we will endeavour to review and respond at the earliest opportunity - we will respond/acknowledge your concerns within 3 working days
Do I need to be in during the clean?
We ask that someone responsible is allocated to greet the team on arrival and hand them the list in priority to work through.
If there is no one available and it has to be pre agreed how to gain access to the property and where the list will be.
In the absence of a cleaning list the team will work through each room in the time permitted but please be advised that you may not have the jobs done that you would like done which is why we ask for the list.
